1 sea bass (or any other fish that can be baked whole) potatoes, sliced thinly but left together at the bottoms so as not to fall apart, onion, sliced tomatoes, halved olive oil, salt and pepper
place everything in a baking tray, the onions forming a bed for the fish so they dont burn. Season and cover in three fingers of olive oil. heat the oven at 180 C (360F) and bake the fish without covering it until it's nice and brown.
