i collect those little mesh fruit bags. still trying to figure out what my grand plan is with them. i am thinking a wall quilt. i make art with them all the time. i hate to throw them out because they are so f'n gorgeous.

we roll the fruit bags into themselves over and over and make 'apples' from them.mostly they are bright red in japan.the odd pink one makes us very excited....
your pear tarte makes my mouth water.

at first glance i read that as 'pork tart tartin' and i was like, whuuuuut? but the tart + the pork look so so delicious on their own, yum!
