hi! my cousin makes the best lemongrass tea and serves it hot, but during the summer, it tastes so refreshing when cold. chop up 3 stalks of lemongrass into 3-4 inch pieces. drop into boiling water and simmer (i have a sweet tooth so i usually add a little cane sugar while the tea is boiling). Refrigerate + serve with ice!
